Support and privacy requests

For help with the game or a request about your information, contact support@adagastudio.com. For privacy requests, use the subject “Robodies Privacy”.

This policy explains how Adaga Studio, Brazil ("we", "us"), handles information in connection with Robodies: Machine IS NOT Learning (the "Game") and related support enquiries. To contact us about privacy, email support@adagastudio.com with the subject "Robodies Privacy".

Information used during play

The Game is a single-player virtual reality experience. It uses headset and controller position, orientation, button input and movement information supplied by your VR platform to display the scene and let you interact with it. These inputs are processed on your device during play. We do not receive or maintain recordings of your physical movements on our servers.

The Game stores settings and game progress locally on your device, including height calibration, completed lessons, unlocked progress and grades. These records allow your settings and progress to remain available between sessions. They are not an Adaga account or a public player profile.

The current Game does not require a separate Adaga account, provide online multiplayer, or include advertising or Adaga-operated behavioural analytics. It does not record your microphone or access your headset camera images. We do not sell personal information or use Game information for targeted advertising.

Store and platform services

Your store and device provider, such as Meta or Valve, processes information for its own services, including account management, purchases, refunds, device operation, security and any backup or diagnostics features you enable. This processing is governed by the provider's privacy policy and your platform settings. We do not receive your payment-card details through the Game.

Platform-managed backups, if available and enabled, may retain a copy of local Game data. Deleting a local installation does not necessarily delete a platform backup. Consult your provider's backup and privacy settings to manage those copies.

When you contact us

If you email us for help, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send, such as your description of a problem, screenshots or diagnostic files. Please avoid including passwords, payment details or unrelated personal information. We use this information to respond, investigate the issue and maintain our support records.

Our email and technical service providers may process support information on our behalf. They may operate in countries other than your own. We limit access to people and providers who need it for support, security or applicable legal obligations; we do not publish your private support correspondence without your permission.

Purposes, retention and deletion

We process information to provide the Game, preserve your local preferences and progress, answer your requests, and meet applicable legal obligations. Where a legal basis is required, it depends on the activity and may include performance of our agreement with you, our legitimate interest in resolving support and security issues, or compliance with law.

Local settings and progress remain on your device until you reset them or remove the app's data, subject to your platform's backup behaviour. We retain support information only as long as reasonably needed to resolve and follow up on your enquiry, protect against misuse or comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of support information using the contact address above. If we must retain particular information, we will explain the reason when responding to your request.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify that the request concerns your own information. You may also contact your applicable data protection authority.

We cannot delete information independently held by your store or device provider. Please direct requests concerning your platform account, purchase history or platform backups to that provider.

Younger players

Follow the age rating and account requirements shown by your store. We do not knowingly collect personal information through support from children who require parental consent without that consent. A parent or guardian who believes their child has sent us personal information may contact us to request review and deletion.

Security and policy changes

We use reasonable measures to protect information under our control. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. We may update this policy if the Game or our information practices change. The updated policy will show a new date, and we will provide additional notice or request consent where required.
